Hampton Inn Troy

Great looking and peaceful hotel, had very good stay.

Everything was simply perfect. Planned to see Troy major attractions and it was good base for visiting all of them. Location: the hotel was next to Hampton and Close to resturants and stores and dining options

The toilet was rocking back and forth the flush handle was hanging trim piece on shower head was just hanging there the sheets had a rip in them attain on sheets lucky i brought my own blankets to throw down very poor condition for the money tried talking to staff about it they said i had to talk to booking staff about it very toilet barely flushed to very disappointed with my stay will not return rather sleep in my car

Carpet in elevator smelled and dirty, ants in our beds and on desk, soap dish was ripped off wall in shower, bugs and ants in bathroom - when I told the desk about the problem she said she would mention it - we were in 204 and family was in 302 so they complained to management for us - we are still waiting to hear - for $129 I expected better

The room was super clean with a comfy king bed. The fridge in the room was a lifesaver! I really appreciated the area for walking pets too.

Booked a non smoking room. I'm HIGHLY allegic to cigarette smoke. They had me booked for a smoking room. They had made a "mistake" and did not have any other rooms available. They didn't charge me for my stay, but I paid for it. I was sick for over a week!! I called Bookings.com -- "there's nothing we can do!". Called Hilton as a Hilton Honors Member -- same response. Very disappointed with both companies.

Had good-sized and brand-new room, warm breakfasts, you guys rock!

Staff was really helpful and attentive and hotel is exceptionally clean and wonderful! It was based in beautiful building in an absolutely perfect location, in a very nice area close to many things. For dinner, we went to Rodeo Mexican Restaurant, it was right at the venue.

We loved visiting the Veterans Memorial Stadium and exploring the local shops nearby. The hotel was nice and clean, and the staff was super friendly. Ideal for a fun getaway with pals. We all agreed we'd come back again for more good times.

The towels in our room were a bit worn and could use an upgrade. It was a small issue, but it left us wanting a little more for our stay.

The staff was friendly, and the kitchen team was helpful and polite. It's pet-friendly and conveniently located near the campus. Cleanliness was amazing. Highly recommend 😊

Perfect for a solo getaway

The room was very nice and the bed was what I expect from a Hampton, very easy to sleep in. Breakfast again was very good and the staff at this hotel were all very friendly greeting you wherever you were in the building.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive though.

What a nice surprise this place was! We enjoyed the cozy indoor pool and the relaxing outdoor sun terrace, perfect for unwinding after a long drive. The bed was a bit on the firmer side, but it didn't take away from our comfy stay. I’d recommend giving this spot a shot! 😊
